Poem #2

The sky was bright and clear, a canvas pure and blue

The suns warm rays embrace the earth a perfect

Day in view, but then a sudden whisper, a chill upon the

Breeze, A shift in natures rhythm, as clouds begin to size

The wind picked up its pace, a dance of wild delight

It swept across the land scape, turning day into night,

Rain dropps fall with a sizzle,

In the sky the world transformed as thunder cries by

The storm arrived with fury, with fierce and grand

It painted scenes of power, across the trembling land

Yet in its wake, calmness and quiet rain

A reminder of beauty in weathers swift refrain
