In submitting to Kaleidoscope you are giving the Kaleidoscope staff full permission to publish your work in the latest edition of the magazine. Edits may be made for the sake of publishing. It is the artist/writer's responsibility if corrections need to be made.  

Upon anonymous voting by the staff, we collectively select a few outstanding written pieces dubbed "Keynotes." In being selected as a Keynote we put a special spotlight located near the end of the book.  Our Cover Candidates are also voted on by the staff, each receiving a similar spotlight at the end of the book. One lucky submission will be used as the cover in addition to the spotlight.

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login information if you create an account with our page which includes any information provided, such as email address, password, username, etc. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, and recommendations.
