An Ode

I ode to pozole!

In a bowl so warm and bright,

The pozole dances in the light.

Corn kernels, A golden and sweet,

A healthy dish, a savory treat.

Rich broth with tender pork there’s no waste.

Hominy pops with each bite,

A feast that brings pure delight.

Garnished with radishes and lime,

Cilantros scent.

Oh so fine.

In every spoonful love and care,

Pozoles magic is beyond compared.
